KELLY & TUCKER SIROIS' WEDDING -- MAY 14, 2010

Kelly & Tucker were married outside at the Mt. Sunapee Lodge in Sunapee, NH on Friday morning. It was a lovely wedding on a mostly cloudy day. The reception followed inside at the lodge with a scrumptious brunch. Ivan surprised them with a fella's from his work motorcycle with a sidecar for their going away, since they both like to ride Tucker's motorcycle. They motored around a bit and then came back and took off in their car. It was cute. Now they are off to Oregon for their honeymoon. Best wishes, Tucker & Kelly!

MAY 1-4 TRIP TO KILGAS' & NIAGARA FALLS & McKERROWS

The first week-end in May we flew to Buffalo, NY, rented a car and drove to Greg & Jen's in NE Pennsylvania. They have a beautiful country place and have done lots of work on it! Jen has plenty of places for all her gardening and perrenials. We enjoyed the week-end with them and their boys and left Monday AM for Niagara Falls. It turned out to be a gorgeous day at the falls. We went to the Canadian side for better views and had lunch at the restaurant across from the falls. Drove on to the picturesque town of "Niagara on the Lake", took a long horse and buggy ride all around the town, and enjoyed the beautiful homes there. Had tea and a luscious dessert at a neat cafe there and then headed back for more of Niagara Falls. It was just stunning with rainbows glowing over both falls! AWESOME! Drove back to Buffalo for the night and then on to Freedom, NY the next morning to check out the project going on there and have lunch with Sally & Leon McKerrow. They invited Charlene & Laurie over too, and we had a scrumptious lunch and delightful time with them. Had to check out the latest of Sally's quilting projects! Drove back to Buffalo in the PM and flew back home that eve. A great week-end! Thanks guys!

APRIL 24th -- VISITED ELLA LAST EVENING

Naomi came yesterday and is staying until next Friday. Last night we went down to Leighton and Judy's to see Ella and chat with them all. Eunhui was there as well, and we had a nice evening! It was special to have Ella play a couple of hymns on her piano for us in her little apartment! She hasn't lost her touch! Amazing lady for 93 years old!

APRIL -- BRENT'S FAMILY

Johanna's folks came to visit them for a couple of weeks. It was nice to get together with Mel & Rudonna again as well as their being here for special meetings. Went out to eat with them all one evening for Rudonna's birthday and had them here for dinner the night before they left. The first week they were here we all were busy with worker company and special meetings.
