2011 FALL -- CRUISERS IN BOSTON
Two weeks in a row we met up with some "Cruisin' friends" in Boston. They were on different cruise lines, but doing the same trip. They started in New York City, stopping in Newport, Boston, Bar Harbor, Halifax, and ending in Quebec City. Nice to have lunch with them at Legal Seafoods right near where their ships docked. The first bunch was the group we had planned on going with until Dad's illness and death -- Warren & Sue Wainwright (CA), Don & Eve Strassburg (CA), Glenn & Shirley Spunaugle (OK), Arleigh & Fern Larson (BC), and John & Ester Lynch (NYC). This week was my sister Donna & John Smidt, Harry & Carol Black, Kathy (Nutt), & Edith Pruisman all from Iowa. Had a wonderful time with each!
FALL IS HERE!
It's a great week-end for the Milford Pumpkin Festival! Gorgeous weather for a change should bring out the crowds! Have a wonderful Columbus Day week-end!
