We flew to England on February 19th and went to Pococks in Chieveley. They took us to Henry & Louise's home for tea with Louise and little Emily on the way to see the Chismans in Derby. We had a delightful lunch and afternoon there and ended up staying for supper as well. The next day was chilly and drizzly, but we went to Anglesey Abbey to see the gorgeous carpet of snowdrops -- acres of carpeted woods and fields! Stopped at William and Julie's in the afternoon and had tea with Julie, Will, little Eva and Julie's Mom from Australia. Another nice day! We went to the Motor Car Museum and the James Bond in Motion exhibit there too, toured a beautiful estate and gardens, visited the Maritime Museum and Bucklers Hard Maritime Village, went to the ocean, and enjoyed all the beautiful English countryside and villages again! Very interesting!!! The last evening we were invited to the Dugdales for a scrumptious lamb dinner and all the fixings and a nice visit. We left early on the Friday morning for London and our flight on to Dubai to meet up with the Wainwrights.
