2012 SEPTEMBER MOTORCYCLE RIDE IN BAR HARBOR, MAINE

We and Roger & Bonnie took our motorcycles up to Bar Harbor, Maine.   Stopped at Jensen's Pharmacy on the way up for a quick chat with Curtis.   It was gorgeous weather the two days we were up there!   We stayed at a beautiful inn overlooking the ocean.  The first day we rode all through Acadia National Park.   Just a gorgeous ride!  So quiet and peaceful and beautiful scenery!  The next day we met Elaine Eccleston for breakfast and had a nice visit.  Then we rode all around the back roads and through villages for another great ride!   A fun time!

2012 VISITING FAWCETTS AND NEWPORT, RI

We have been trying and trying to get together with Ron & Edna for ages, and it finally worked out.  We went down on a Sunday afternoon and had a scrumptious supper with them and spent the night.  Monday was a bright sunny day, and we went to Newport, RI and took nice sailboat ride around the harbor.   Very peaceful!   Walked around Newport a bit and drove by the beautiful mansions and along the coast.   A very nice day together!   Thanks Ron & Edna!!!

2012 AUGUST -- OFF TO SCHOOL!

And off they go!   First day of school!

Ellie is in 7th, Ava in 5th, Paxton in 4th, and Shaelyn starting preschool.   All were excited about the first day of school!
