We had Kent's 60th birthday dinner Saturday night here at our house. I had a prime rib dinner with all the fixings and his favorite German chocolate cake plus a cake for Johanna's Dad who has the same birthday (Feb. 19th). There were 30 of us here, including our kids and grandkids and Johanna's folks and several local couples in our age bracket. Everyone brought a baby picture of themselves, and we mixed them all up and then tried to guess who was who. It was a riot! Each also shared something from the Bible about the "old" or "elderly" or a particular older person. That was very special! On Tuesday Brad had all the employees (about 45 of them) at the shop gather around in the new showroom below Kent's office and sing Happy Birthday to him. That was pretty neat! Wish I had been there to get a picture or better yet a video of it! HAPPY 60TH BIRTHDAY, KENT!!! and WELCOME to the "OVER THE HILL AARP GROUP"!***(Several of my pictures didn't turn out, as the setting on my camera was wrong. So some of the pics below are Brent's, which I borrowed from his BLOG. Thanks, Brent!)
